Safe Kids only collects an evaluation of the course and overall instruction. However, there is a sample course evaluation available in Resources->Forms. This course evaluation does not need to be submitted to Safe Kids. Comments on individual instructors may be sent to the National CPS Board, using either the www.cpsboard.org site or the feedback form in the manual.
