Where is the Equation that is used to calculate a “grand total” normally located on the last page of the bid items?

The appropriate Bid Adjustment Value is determined when the bidder chooses which alternate paving category to use in the bid (Asphalt or Concrete). The bid item has a fixed price in each Alternate category, Bid Item number 2170 for Asphalt and item number 2380 for Concrete. The Equation located in the special note (pages 18-21) is not necessary to determine the bid amount and is not to be filled in by the bidder.
