Where is the engine block heater located on a 2.5L?

0

My Canadian 1997 TJ is equipped with the factory block heater. When I went to plug it in today to try out the block heater, I discovered that the power cord was severed. I searched the forums and found several notes indicating that the heater is installed in the “freeze plugs”, but I don’t know where these are located or what the heater looks like. Any info you could give me that would help me re-attach the power cord would be appreciated. Pics or diagrams would be great! Thanks.
