The EAP office is located at 466 South Prospect Street Burlington, Vermont (just south of Redstone Campus). Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Because Options EAP is an independent agency, their offices are conveniently located away from your place of employment. This ensures your visit to the EAP will be confidential.

In most instances, services are provided at the TMC building located at 2450 Holcombe Blvd. (Suite 1.1300). A contracted specialist is also available in Bastrop for employees working in the Bastrop and Smithville areas (please contact the Houston office for a referral).
