The Forum 2009 will host a Classified Session on Improvised Explosive Device (IED) Defeat on Monday, August 24, 2009. The session will be at Shades of Green® Resort (a government facility) from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. There is a limit of 300 attendees with verified security clearance (secret level). Registration must be completed by 5 p.m. ET on Friday, August 7. In order to attend, a person will have to register online AND obtain approved security clearance. The $100 registration fee includes: continental breakfast, morning break, lunch, and round-trip transportation from the JW Marriott® Orlando, Grande Lakes to Shades of Green®. Attendees must be US, UK, Australian, or Canadian citizens with valid security clearance (secret level). A photo ID – such as driver’s license or company photo badge – is required before boarding the bus. Cell phones, backpacks, briefcases, Blackberries, and cameras are not allowed.
