In 1998 Corolla, it’s underneath car in front of muffler (looking towards front of car), a black rectangle with hoses coming out of one end. Replacing it will erase OBDII code PO441. Replacing the Vapor Canister Purge Valve, located on top of engine behind air filter box “L” shaped bracket. Held on by one 10mm bolt. Has 2 vacuum hoses and an electrical connection, will erase PO446. You can replace Purge valve yourself. Try Ebay first for the part, in search box type: “vapor canister purge”.
