Where is the center of the universe?

Earth or our galaxy is at or near the center going by quantized redshift “shells” observed by Tifft et al. Big Bang theory asserts that no point in the universe is the center but observations of quantized redshifted shells would dispute that.

If you ask my cat, she will tell you that she is the center of the Universe. If you ask an astronomer where we are in the observable universe, she will tell you that we are at the center of it. If you ask a philosopher where is the center of an infinite universe, the answer is everywhere. So it appears that my cat, the astronomer and the philosopher all have the right answer, and it does not appear to be too important to anyone (other than my cat) to know this.
