Where is the Bison and why do people paint it?
Painting the Bison is a famous tradition at Lipscomb. Social clubs and other campus organizations paint the Bison to make a claim on it or to promote up coming social events. However, if you are caught painting the Bison, your club will be fined. What is University Bible and do I have to go to it? The University Bible, also referred to as U.B., is a required campus-wide Bible study that students must attend if they are full-time. University Bible is offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and features regular speakers often fellow students who are planning on going into church ministry. Think of University Bible as a hybrid of bible study and chapel. The course, thank God, is pass/fail and you are allowed to miss six bible sessions per semester. (There are 30 per.)
