There has been a proliferation of yoga studios over the past several years, but few of them offer the caliber of instruction I’ve found at Sunset Yoga. What you learn here carries you throughout the day. And the owner, Sadie, is so committed to helping clients see results.True, it can be pricey, but fortunately there are ALWAYS free classes going on. Whether it be trainees such as myself giving free mock classes, or free classes at LuluLemon in the pearl, there’s always a chance to save your
