This review is neither bad or good, just in different. You can find a much more supportive teacher elsewhere. She is a bit temperamental. She does seem to do great with the senior citizen yogi, with her gentle yoga classes.Pros + parkingCons – small space

There are some yoga studios in town that seem to cater to the “elite”, which can be intimidating to newcomers. The Yoga Room has a friendly atmosphere that welcomes students of all levels. The class size gives the instructor ample time to attend to each student. Highly recommended.

I’ve practiced yoga at the Y for 2 years to improve my flexibility. As a marathon runner I’ve found that Yoga has helped me prevent and even treat basic injuries. So when I entered a raffle at the Susan Komen Race for the Cure and won a week of free yoga, I figured I’d give this new studio a shot. Within 15 minutes of my first class, I realized this isn’t your average yoga. I run marathons and was winded. The next day, I was sore. Since my first class, I’ve made an effort to try different instructors/classes (Kate, Gillian, Danny, Liz, Brett so far) and they all were amazing in their own way. I just ran my 18th marathon and clocked my best time ever (4:05). I credit the improvement (-15min) to the work I’ve done at Yoga Country. If there is any negative t
