Where is the Best Womens Clothing in Portland, Oregon?
I had heard about Phlox, but couldn’t appreciate the good things that I heard until I stepped in. I was swimming in super-cute stuff everywhere. Since I couldn’t buy everything, the decision was difficult, but I settled in on 2 new pair of jeans, from Level 99, and 2 amazing t-shirts from Splendid. All that for just under $288! Of course on the higher end, they do have dresses from the likes of Linda Loudermilk which are amazing, but will set you back to the same amount. Staff was also super sweet and helped me find the right size denim. You won’t have to twist my arm to go back.Pros + Amazing ClothesCons – None
