Where is the Best Weight Loss Program in Seattle, Washington?
I love Zum. I was intimidated to go at first. It was so nice looking that I thought that it meant snobby and pretentious, but I was COMPLETELY wrong. I have never been at a gym where everyone was so nice and down to earth. After my tour, I met a trainer Kathryn who invited me to her class the next day. I was scared to go, but I gave my word so I went. Kathryn remembered me, and the class totally kicked my butt and I joined the next week. The thing I love the most is that people really go to the gym to work out. I have been a member of 24 hour fitness and was a loyal member of Gold?s. I hated the meat-market feel, that people were more interested in how they looked or that they looked like they knew what they were doing more than working out itself. Started training at Elite Fitness just over one year ago. I hadn?t done much of anything in the way of exercise for about ten years; and a crucial ten years at that ? the ones between 40 and 50. Finally, I guess I just got tired of being tired and overweight, and making excuses for it. So I asked my son for a gym recommendation and he suggested Elite. After the initial consultation with Dave Johnson to discuss my goals, any injuries and health concerns, I committed to training 3x each week. The lower back pain is gone, due to all t

Being a mom it is often hard to take time and focus on yourself but I finally decided to carve out that time and give myself permission to really focus on taking better care of my overall health and fitness. Only problem was I had no clue how to do it. A friend introduced me to Vera and I am so thankful she did. From the second you walk in the door you know its going to be a good experince…you are greeted by the most caring staff and you feel like you are in a spa setting not a big gym (no mirrors, loud music or competive feeling) and its incredibly clean. The trainers are amazing and give 100% to each woman that walks in the door. You can tell they truly care and are very attentive to a holistic approach. Not only is there an amazing program to go thru on the Kinesis wall, great cardio machines available but you get a chance to work with a very skilled personal trainer. That relationship made all the difference for me- for the first time I felt safe to be vulnerable with my str
