@ the age of 45 I would not still playing rugby if it were not for Coach Kimmie’s understand of the physical demands of sport. The workouts will challenge you and she help by motivating you to keep improving your fitness level. Her outdoor training is outstanding. She adjust the workout to fitness level of her clients without taking away from her more fit clients. I have been using her services for 5 yars now and I have never found anyone else that works to improve me more. I would highly recommend her for anyone that is serious about improving their life and fitness.
I came to this spa first for a great facial (The Cure, with Michelle) and it was phenomenal. It had a great massage built in and the Source Vital products are fantastic (a bit strong smelling at first if you’re not used to it, but fabulous nonetheless). I didn’t like the water bag that they had me lay on . . . it felt like a water bed and made me a bit uncomfortable but I would just ask for it to be removed next time and I’m sure it’d be no problem. Everyone at the Spa really wants to please the client. I’ve gone in twice for the Shiro Byhanga with Reyne Nix and she is fantastic FANTASTIC massage therapist. I went in today for an 85 minute massage and I felt so relaxed afterwards. This is not some fluffy massage where you’re just being touched. I started at Body Envy about a year ago and signed up for a package of 6 treatments for laser hair removal for underarm, lower leg and bikini. They worked with me to come up with a great price for the package. I felt very awkward and nervous the first couple times, but Karina and Felicia were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Felicia, the IPL Specialist, who actually provides the treatment, was very sensitive to what would make me feel more relaxed and less sensitive to the pain. Let’s all be honest, it hurts But no pain, no gain! And I find it hurts less toward the end of your treatments since there’s less hair. You can also bring your own ipod to listen to during your treatment, which helps. And Felicia has been more than happy to talk her head off if I ask her to distract me or let me talk my head off if I need to distract myself. I started getting facials at Dolce Vita about 2 months ago and I have been very pleased with the results. I have been battling with acne for years now and never realized how important daily, weekly and monthly maintenance are for the skin. Bailie was very patient with me and took the time out to customized their skin care line for me. Because of my busy schedule I have had the opportunity of getting a facial done by one of their other estheticians as well and the consistency of the quality of their estheticians was very impressive. Paulette was the other esthetician I tried and she was great.. Although there were slight differences in their technique both facials were awesome. Normally when I’ve visited spas in the past there’s usually only one person you feel you can trust, and I am very happy to be able to have 2!!!
