After a contract dispute with the venue where my wedding was scheduled to be held just a few months before the wedding, Margie helped me and my fiancé find the perfect spot for our wedding and reception. When my fiance and I started planning our wedding, it quickly became obvious to us that we needed the help of a professional. After meeting with several area wedding planners, the decision to work with Lisa at Event Perfect was an easy one. From start to finish, Lisa and her staff helped to make our wedding exactly what we had envisioned. Lisa got a feel for what we wanted our day to be like, and she made it happen. From day one, I didnt have to worry about a thing. Event Perfect planned our wedding the right way. There was no stress, no guesswork, and Lisa made us feel comfortable and confident about our decisions throughout the process. I cannot begin to give Event Perfect all of the credit that it deserves, and I would, without a doubt, recommend their services to anyone seeking help planning a wedding.
Me and My Husband hosted a casino party a few months ago. I worked with Bev from Toyl Events for the event, and it was awesome!! Bev was great to work with, full of energy and so many cool unique ideas! The party was a success, everyone had a great time and have been asking for Bev’s contact information every since. We will defiantly use her company for our next events even though she unfortunately moved her main office to Atlanta. The tables looked great & the dealers were clean cut and very friendly! We even added Vegas decor to the event to help us spruce up our theme! It was like our own piece of Vegas. My niece just got engaged and the plus is she already happens to live in Decatur GA, She recently Contracted with Toyl Events as well and she called me today and thanked me for the hook up and told me that within 3 day’s of making her deposit, Bev had Found some awesome choices of vendors, set up meeting and tasting’s and helped her choice here theme and she was amazed. Poor customer service. Do not use this service, you will be disappointed. They did not listen to details. Their website is just as outdated as they are; they do not care about the customer, only about getting their money. They made mistakes with our transportation which left us running late and missed some pictures we wanted. They didn’t put toiletry items in restroom as promised and paid for. They didn’t inform me that the church wouldn’t allow the aisle runner to be put down which I paid $250 for (it went to waste). They never called after the wedding to ask how their services went. Their vendors were out dated, no fresh ideas and were over priced. My planner and sent us to collections for an amount due without contacting us by phone or mail. She is impersonal and doesn’t know how to run a business. Luckily I didn’t let all of the things they messed up on to ruin my day. But I certainly would not recommend this business to anyone.
