Where is the Best Waxing in New York, New York?
I love the fact that they have so much space to make a cozy, romantic lounge where you can relax, enjoy a cup of tea in your robe before or after the treatment. I went there to treat myself for my birthday and was very pleased. I had micro dermabrassion and the lady was really good. Next time i will go there with a date because they have rooms where they can treat 2 people in the same time. Very nice place! Pros + atmosphereCons – a little bit pricy
I have been to countless Spas in the tri-state area, experimenting with different styles of facials for my difficult and stubborn unhealthy skin. Not only did Skintology create a noticeable difference after my first visit, it was clear (pun intended) that once I walked through the door I was going to return. I was suddenly sedated by the atmosphere of the Spa and forgot that I was in the city at all. As for the facial, the textures and smells that saturated my skin.. I felt like an Egyptian God! I also just recently decided to try something new and got Eyelash Extensions for the first time. It takes about three hours but the result is the definition of perfection. Well after reading the reviews I was a bit skeptical but it’s so convenient for me that I had to give it a try..plus everytime I walked by there has always been a slew of people inside waiting to get their brows done…also they have been featured in alot of magazines so I wanted to try for myself….and boy is it worth the wait!…they look amazing and I feel sorry for the other other posters who had a bad experience but I found the staff so nice and responsive…more so than any other nail or threading salon I’ve been to.Also I did do a brazilian there as well…it’s so much easier to get everything done at one place…I wasn’t going to after reading the last posters review but everyone there was waiting to get one so I figured I would try to and for the price you can’t beat it…waxing hurts me every time but it has to be done and my lady was nice, calming and gentle…again I didn’t experience anything like the last poster so I would say very highly recommended!!!!oh by the way
Ihave suffered from acne my entire life. It comes out even more when i am stressed, i have also recently lost my job and I went for an interview and relized that one of the reasons i did not get it was because of my appearence. I decided i should do something about it and to get to the bottom of why when i get stressed the acne spreads like wild fires!I live in NY so i decided to go to Bliss since everyone raves about it. 150.00 later and products It was great on the appearence end but when it came to service it was not at all what i expected. I wanted to ask questions and get to the root of the problem not to be told: Just but this it will work.Then after that facial had no effect on even the slightest curing of my acne i decided to go to a nutritionist maybe what i am eating is causing me to breakout! So 400 dollars later im eating someones special food again not getting to the root of this problem. So now 600 dollars later and my acne is still spreading like wild fires. I
