Just attended a conference at the Red Lion (where this Shenanigan’s is) and ate there 3X. The views are incredible – if possible try to get a window seat overlooking the river in to Washington state. View is better by day than night. The breakfast buffet was decent. Lunch items were all delicious. Again they had a buffet and all the items, except for one of the meats, were excellent. One meat dish (I forget which) was a bit tough, but I sampled about 7-8 other great items. Service was a bit off at lunch – since I was there as part of a conference they didn’t seem prepared with enough servers. We tried a few appetizers instead of a full dinner, mainly there to enjoy the view. Appetizers were all fine.Basically a good choice if you’re at the hotel – especially if there when you can get a window seat.

The atmosphere was obviously expensive and that’s just about what it feels like, lots of money but no soul. I’ve had both cocktails and wine at the bar. The wine selection is good with nice varie

Wow – a wine bar without attitude and that has a beautiful view, good food and a great selection of wines. Albeit they focus on Pacific Northwest wines, not something I usually gravitate toward – but their selection is delicious and the staff knows how to point you to what you will like. For the adventirous – they also have…
