Where is the Best Waterfront Dining in Baltimore, Maryland?
just got back from lunch. The seared tuna, and Kalamari appetizers were good but the “jumbo lump” crabcake didn’t seem to have much lump it was surprisingly small and mayonaissy. The fresh fish sandwich smelled fishy and the bun was wet to the point that it was mushy and inedible. For the money we spent, I definetly won’t go back. Oh, and you have to pay for parking even in the garage marke “for restaraunt patrons only”
Horrible service…we witnessed other diners get up and leave because their crabs never arrived in a timely manner (resulting in a heated discussion between a server and manager!). To get our server to refill our drinks, we literally had to place our glasses at the edge of the table since she did not fill them despite being empty for a long time. Other tables nearby were not cleaned for over an hour with half-eaten food sitting on them. When our crabs finally arrived (and they were indeed good) our server told us that the size crabs we ordered was not available so “here these are.” She also was also courteous enough to bring hand wipes well after we headed to the restroom to clean our hands. This happened at lunchtime when the restaurant was almost empty…I’d hate to see what happens when they get busy. All in all, very good crabs but not worth the headache.
Wonderful food, but the decor needs to change…had a wonderful outdoor dinner overlooking the view, but the plastic chairs and tableclothes must go. A bit pricey, but great food and service. This restaurant just needs a little change in decoration and it will be superb!!Pros + Food, ServiceCons – Plastic Furniture!!!, Imprompt seating, Somewhat expensive
