Where is the Best View in Cleveland, Ohio?
I have been to The Harp on many occasions and it is truly hot or not. What is constant is the friendly staff and inviting atmosphere. I love being inside during the winter, the wood work and decor are very cozy and in the summer the patio is amazing-great views of the lake and city skyline! It is a great location for the 4th of July! If you?ve been and weren?t totally satisfied with the experience, I recommend going during the week to give it another chance.Pros + Great AmbienceCons – Slow service
They actually have a nice thing there, But I was turned off by the whole Meat Market (read: pick-up-joint/find a romp-for-the-night) of the Flats overall. I remember when it wasn’t that way… (I’m 37)Pros + Environment is unique, really good dinner, Good date restaurantCons – somewhat pricy, pay for parking, Drunk 20-somethings.
My wife and I chose this restaurant by a recommendation from the nearby inn. The food was outstanding, great lobster and the steak was tender and juicy. The wine list was extensive and they had exactly what we were looking for. The view of the falls was beautiful and the service tremendous and not overbearing. The restaurant was also quiet and intimate. We will definitely go back. Try it; I can’t imagine you would be disappointed.Pros + food, view, wine selection
