The pho at this restaurant is not only the best pho in San Diego, but the best pho I have ever had. It only serves pho which is a good indicator of how authentic and delicious it is. It’s been around for over 20 years and is still going strong with lines out the door on weekends, so any place that only serves one thing and has been around for that long really goes to show how good it is. The service is fast and the quality of the broth and beef can’t be beat. I’ve tried a lot of other places and Pho Hoa is definately they best…my mouth is watering just thinking about it. I highly recommend it whether you are an avid pho eater or even a beginner.Pros + cheap, fast, authentic, deliciousCons – cash only

On our first visit we ordered and devoured the pork meat salad and spring rolls and did Vietnamese Iced coffee (with sweetened condensed milk) for desert. Everything was fresh, tasty and, well, wonderful! We will be going back again- often!
