Hot stuff! Really love this place. Atmosphere is quaint and romantic, and the food is exceptional and unique. A member of our group knew the chef, but as opposed to special treatment, it just meant we could taste more things affordably. We essentially ate our way through the entire menu, and there were no misses. The menu is very seasonal and changes often. Accent is on fresh regional Cal cuisine, but a tendency away from trendy items you might see elsewhere. It is one of those spots where you will have a hard time choosing. Go with friends and order everything. And for my Jewish brethren: apparently they serve a mean Passover meal! Can’t beat that.

Just came home from Le Colonia – WE LOVED IT! Service was fantastic (ask for Daniel’s table). It was mother-in-laws 79th birthday. They brought out a dessert plate with Happy Birthday in chocolate – tall thin candle – was great. We took two kids (9 & 12) and two adults and one senior. No problem with older kids – they made extra effort for them. Great place for out of town guests. Decore nothing like you have seen before. Great lighting – everyone looks fantastic. Get the beef salad – could have eaten two. Not great for younger children (a older couple would not sit next to us – their loss). Was nervous about after reading very old reviews – they were all wrong. I will go back soon.Pros + great lighting, good food, easy parkingCons – hard to find, adults recommended

I arrived at Enrico’s at 6PM on a Sunday night after the North Beach festival. I was promptly seated at an inside table near the window. My waiter was very efficient and courteous even though he and the other 2 waitstaff were kept jumping. I ordered the lasagna, which arrived quickly and piping hot. With a cold beer and the fresh crusty bread, it made an excellent meal. I lingered over coffee and dessert to listen to the Jazz music. Even though the place was very full by 8PM, I never felt rushed or pressured. All-in-all, a very pleasant dining experience. Pros + Good food, Good service, Good musicCons – Noisy near the bar

With so many places in SF to eat at, very few can be a memorable experience..First Crush is not one of them. I am now a fan of this place! Although it was just me, table for one, I was treated like a VIP. Seriously, I was greeted and seated from the moment I walked in, catered to without having to famously ?flag ? my server down, and yet, with all of the attention, I was still able to relax peacefully and enjoy my flight of wine. The food was excellent and my chocolate dessert was very rich and sinful..I Couldn’t have chosen a better spot for my quiet dinner alone.
