This is a favorite spot of mine as a former Uptown dweller. Great spot for watching the game while scarfing down fantastic pizza. The waitstaff is always accomodating and the outdoor patio scene is fantastic for great people watching. I gaurantee you will see someone walk by that is worth checking out. Pros + Location, Price, Service, Outdoor SeatingCons – Crowded

Tei Tei had been recommended to me by an associate, but my decision to go was rather spontaneous after realizing another room service meal at my hotel was just not appetizing. I arrived at the restaurant famished (and cranky), without a reservation, and was a bit grumpy at finding that the only available space was at the sushi bar. Initial service was a bit slow, but once the manager noticed I was twitchy he personally took care of my orders and did an excellent job of making me feel more welcome and well taken care of. One of the key attractions at Tei Tei is the robata style of cooking, which involves cooking food like seafood, vegetables, and meats over traditional oak charcoal. In order to sample some of the robata-style offerings I ordered the house specialty marinated sea bass (the marinade is miso-based) and grilled shishito peppers. And for a more “normal” sampling, I also ordered the chef’s choice sashimi combination with fresh grated wasabi and a spicy tuna hand roll with cuc

Maguire’s is an absolutely fabulous find! I’ve visited numerous times now, and everything that I’ve tried has been wonderful. From the delicious Maguire’s Salad to scrumptious Lava Cake (hot fudge oozing from a freshly baked cake) and everything in-between, all that I’ve tried promises to become my new favorite. Specials to try: the Tuscan Chicken Sandwich (order it as an appetizer and share), the Pork Chop (between the champagne mustard gravy and the garlic mashed potatoes, I went to heaven, and the Iced Tea!!!! It’s champagne-apricot and it’s sooooo good. It’s a great place whether you’re dressed up in a suit or dressed casually. The folks at the restaurant are exceptionally nice and welcoming to everyone. Try this one soon!

My family and I ate at Local not to long ago. Food was quite good, although I advise against the green beans. they were tasteless. drinks were very good. lamb shank was tender and tasty. the waitress was slightly slow and would disappear for long periods of time. however, the main issue I had was the chef came out and awknowledged every table but mine, which turned me off. i realize i was with my sisters, and we were relatively young compared to the rest of the patrons but i thought this was slightly inappropriate. overall, i loved the ambiance and food. would have been five stars except the less than outstanding service and the chefs behaviorPros + unique drinks, great ambiance, very good foodCons – slow service

While not unique, this restaurant in Crescent Court is a delicious find. This chain which has 9 locations across the US, offers delightful cuisine at a decent price. The menu, which has an Italian flair, offers everything from brick oven pizza to a rotisserie pork chop and braised lamb shank. The starters will keep you coming back (as proclaimed by the waiter). The crisp potatoes gorgonzola are essentially waffle fries with a cheese sauce, but delicious none the less. The king crab and artichoke dip, will in fact keep you coming back, with its rich combination of fresh crab and parmesan cheese. You would be remiss if you did not order one of the 5 or 6 tasty desserts, which include a fresh cobbler and a warm chocolate torte. The food is delicious, the decor unique, and the wait staff attentive, don?t miss out of this delectable restaurant.Pros + ambience, service, foodCons – $5 valet
