Some will expect you to do CAD – others don’t (you ar more employable if you have AutoCad btw) – Also pick a city or location which will enhance the experience. Check the qualifications for entry some may insist on mathematics and English, for example. You should go and visit to see if you like your preferred choice – talk to students who are doing the course. Reputations tend to lag behind the reality – often the best people who teach on these courses move about a bit so you need to get an up to date recommendation.
