Where is the Best Trendy Scene in Dallas, Texas?
Brought good friends from out of town to Go Fish. This place was recommend and was my first time dining here. Arrived at scheduled reservation and seated prompty. The atmosphere was soothing and pleasing until our waitress came. We made corrections on our drink order (non-alcoholic) and was rudely recieved. Down hill from there! After the correction, the waitress still forgot the hot tea, we waited for 10 minutes and had to reask for the tea. She returned rudely to put down the hot tea, left our table and a different waiter came for the food order. The food tasted great. That saved the evening howerver I will not return to a place that I am not welcomed. The orginal rude waitress only came back to take our paycheck! I value my own personal guests when they are in town but this restaurant did not value me as a guest!
I haven’t been to Fuse in awhile. I had the filet of beef tenderloin and overall it was pretty tasty. If you’re into the whole TexAsian fusion scene, you’ll probably get a better feel or liking to this place then I did. Not that it’s bad, because it wasn’t. I will say that I was not impressed with the waitstaff suggested Veraison Black Bart’s Rose. I opted for the Bonny Doon Cardinal Zin and didn’t particularly find much to rave about it either. They have (or at least used to, not sure if it’s still there) the big rooftop patio area. So if you’re in to the whole people-watching thing, there’s plenty of it to be had out there. But I’d say it’d be a fun place to hit up if you’d like to grab some food and be able to lounge around outside afterwards.
This is an outstanding place, it is well decorated and chic. The food was SO delicious we had the crab dip, rock shrimp, and crusted green beans as appitizers as we had a group of 20, the crab dip and green beans are a must I couldnt get enough of it!!! . The waiters was so attentive and we got everything we ordered right away! The entree i had was the turf & surf and it was the best turf & surf I have ever had, the shrimp were HUGE! The steak was cooked to perfection and it was flavored soo well, very juicy and a great cut of meat! It was served on top of garlic mashed potates with there house steak sauce which is very good also its got a little spice to it which I love, the meals were presented so creatively. A class forsure. We also had the skillet Mac & cheese, it was outstanding had a great flavor. We finished off dinner with the chocolate cake, OH MY GOODNES, it is the best. Its pretty rich in flavor and its drizzled with a rasberry sauce that is to die for! If you like dirty Mar
My boyfriend and I are both from New York, so of course when the Giants were playing against the Packers in the NFC title championship game, we wanted to watch the game at a great place so he picked Frankie’s Bar and Grill. We figured since it wasnt the Cowboys playing, there wouldnt be a problem getting a table with good TV viewing seats. Well we were wrong. I guess everyone had the same idea or they all had converted to NY Gaints fans. Needlless to say the place was packed. You could barely make it through the door nonetheless get to the bar, I didnt even bother wasting a wish on getting a table to feed my straving stomach. After, 5 mins of scoping the place out, we left. Walked down the block and found Primo’s! My priority at that time was to get some food; his was to be seated before kickoff. Primo’s at that moment offered a solution to both our problems. The place was busy and buslting. Surprisingly, we only waited less then 10 minute for seating and was seated in the patio that
