Where is the Best Tourist Hotel in Cleveland, Ohio?
We obtained a great price from Priceline for an overnight stay en route through Cleveland. The hotel was lovely, but the staff weren’t quite so impressive. Location was great. Inside tower complex is large shopping center, access to Cleveland city rail system (connects to airport) and several fine dining sites. I’ve stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn downtown several times. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable and highway access is convenient. The Indians stadium (Progressive Field) is directly across the street so if you’re coming for a ballgame this is your best bet. Also close to Quicken Loans Arena where the Cavs and Lake Erie Monsters play….
Stayed in the Hampton Inn Cleveland in May 2009. The hotel is very central and very near the R&R hall of fame and the baseball stadium.
