Where is the Best Thai Food in Cincinnati, Ohio?
MnM Cincinnati Authentic Thai tasting food search. Our reviews of Cincinnati area Thai resturants or places that advertise Thai cusine is focused only on the taste of the food. Our credentials: Mark lived in Thailand for 10 years, 4 in the US Peace Corps. Mai is from Thailand & cooks amazing Thai food.In terms of taste, Thai Express gets their Thai street food right and the prices are fair, especially as you are restriceted to stir fried Thai entres. The same stir fried entres at Teak ThaiHouse or Apsara will cost you double the prices of Thai Express & chances are those two establishments will dumb down the flavors. Thai condiments are available if you konw what to ask for.Because Citysearch does not list it, we need to recommend another, resturant in Hyde Park called Green Papaya. Great little neighborhood eatery. The first time I went, I ordered my usual Thai favorite, cashew chicken. It was good, but when my dining partner offered me a taste of her crispy pad thai, I was hooked! I’m not even a pad thai fan, but this stuff is off-the-charts! Everyone I have taken there has been equally impressed. The service is so-so, the prices are alright, the ambiance is not bad, but the crispy pad thai is positively addictive!Pros + Crispy Pad Thai with Thai Iced Tea or a cold beerCons – You’ll need a 12 step program to get over it.
Lemongrass is such a great dining place for a casual dinner, a lunch interview, a romantic date, etc.. You just can’t go wrong here. The owners and staff are all so very friendly, smiling, and caring. My husband and I eat here quite frequently and are now on first name basis with everyone, and they pretty much know our “standard order”! HA! Best items to try: Pinapple Fried Rice w/Chicken or Veggies (spice 3), Racha Noodles w/Chicken (spice 1), Tamarind Salmon Specialty, Terriyaki Beef (spice 3), all appetizers and of course you have to have the Green Tea Ice Cream for dessert. The Red Bean kinda taste like Fruity Pebbles though- so it’s yummy too! For beverages they have the standard soda pops, water, tea, wine, beer, etc.. but my favorite drink is the cool Thai Iced Tea which is a spiced tea w/ cream. Very addictive!I moved here from Columbus area a little over a year ago and Lemongrass is definately a favorite of mine. Their sister facility, Wild Ginger, is equally as good but bes
