Where is the Best Taxi/Limo in Portland, Oregon?
Usually i use Broadway Cab as opposed to Radio Cab because of the convenience and timeliness, but tonight it was a totally different story and frankly, Broadway Cab left me in a greater mess than I could’ve ever imagined. A group of friends and I had early dinner down at Beaverton tonight and recalling previous Broadway Cab experiences, we decided to call a cab at 6PM (we even gave the cab company our number), before we finished dinner. However, 6:30 came when dinner was finished and…. not a single cab in site. Therefore we called again and they told us that 5 people cannot fit into one cab and unless we wanted a van (which means we had to wait an hour), they could get us 2 cabs instead in 30 mins which, the operator told me in a rather rude voice (like i was stupid), “WELL, YOU COULD… BUT IT WOULD BE TWICE THE AMOUNT.” and so we decided we didn’t want it. However we called again after we calle radiocab and they informed us that there were no cabs around… Here was the response fr
Cliff was amazing. He showed up early and prepared for our trip down town for our mothers day dinner. He made sure that everything we might have needed was considered and showed compassion for our part. I am so glad that I went to Exceutive Touch Limousine’s. We will definately be using this company again and highly recommend that you try them out as well. Their vehicles are beautiful and the rates are VERY competitive. I hope to meet Pat on our next limo journey – hopefully to wine country this fall!!!!Even though we had a late start due to something unforseen by the owner and driver, they quickly acted and took care of our party. In a day and age that customer service is over looked by so many this company has not for gotten the importance at all.Pat, the owner, whom I have chatted with on the phone was very understanding of the importance of this event for me since we were celebrating my hubby’s 40th – he truly made sure we were taken care of. Especailly since the last time I booked a limo (NOT through this company) they did not show….I was a bit limo shy…Pros + Customer Service, Value, Clean clean vehicles….
