Where is the Best Taxi/Limo in Los Angeles, California?
I have used many limo companies over the years. Most are decent, a few are definitely under average, and some stand out. This one stands out! Best proof of it, I never wrote a review for anyone, but I am writing one for them.First, the driver was on time. Small thing, maybe, but it’s high in my books. After all, I am paying, and I am paying for decent service. Here, everything was above average. A nice guy, personable, on time, a spotless car, and everything I had ordered at hand, the wine was better than expected, it was just *nice* service from A to Z. I wish hadI got that every time I used a limo! This is what I expect from chauffeuring, but rarely got!This was a very important evening for me, and everything what just perfect. I really loved it. Plus they had a few big selling points as far as I am concerned: They assured me that I could cancel if I needed to, with no penalty. I’ve used them 3 times and they’ve been great. They’re very polite on the phone, it’s easy to make a booking and they send you an e-mail confirmation within minutes. The drivers are friendly but not overbearingly chatty. This is an extreme example, but nonetheless an example of their exemplary service: one driver, David, was taking me to LAX for an international flight, which I was running late for. He patiently waited for half an hour while I finished packing. Finally we left, and drove for 1/2 an hour through rush-hour traffic towards the airport, but I realised moments before we got on to the 105 that I’d left my passport at home. He turned around, drove as fast & safely as possible back to my house calming me down the whole time and reassuring me that everything would be fine, then drove me back to LAX, and I made my flight. They only charged me $20 extra for this whole debacle, even though I said it would be fine to charge me twice. Pretty wonderful.
I recently went to a Red Carpet event at the Kodak Theater and had 15 of my close friends with me. We were picked up by Paramount Limosine service and called Thirty minutes before pick up to re-assure us we would make the Carpet on time.. Due to the Hollywood traffic the pickup time I thought was a little early, but the Paramount Representative was kind enought to assure me we would need the extra time., So I agreed to a 3pm pick-up, I figured, even if we were early we could relax in the comfort of a 20 passenger Stretch Hummer, NOT TO SHABBY! We we picked up by a courtious and smiling, Well Groomed Driver who was a pleasure to speek to. The driver even pointed out some Landmarks of “OLD HOLLYWOOD” on the way. My friends and I were out for an evening of nightclubing after the Event and the driver recommeded some clubs and offered to get us VIP into them if we let him know so he could notify his contacts.
