Where is the Best Taxi/Limo in Los Angeles, California?
I am in charge of overseeing travel coordination for my entire office. I have contracted countless other limousine services and have never been satisfied. Recently I contacted KLS Limousine and right away felt the difference. I didn?t have to hold on the line at all; a live agent answered my call and answered my questions without hesitation. Then when I asked my boss how the service was, she had nothing, absolutely nothing to complain about. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Finally service that stands apart from the rest. I took a limo to my 21st birthday dinner with a few friends, and I have to say the experience in the limo was almost better than the dinner! Our limo driver, Suzanne, decorated the limo and made a CD for my birthday- she even gave me a little present when we got back home! Very quick, promt, and professional. Highly recommended!
I had a really good experience with this company. I ordered a limo for my birthday, the guy on the phone was very personable and helpful. They definitely had the best prices from calling around. They called to confirm the order the night before, which is always comforting. The limo was really nice, clean, fully stocked.. the driver was very professional (and funny!) and made everything fun for us. I have also used their towncars to the airport and the prices are really reasonable. The driver was early and helped with our bags and was really nice. I’m surprised to read some people had a bad experience with the staff. I found them really helpful and friendly. I’m definitely going to use them again, especially for the airport service. I called every limo service listed on citysearch and not ONE of them (besides Exquisite) had a driver available when I needed–OR–they were charging outrageous prices!!! At about 2AM, an hour into my search, I called Exquisite Limo and Sedan Service and someone answered right away! (Alot of others I called didn’t even pick-up even though listed as 24HR service) They scheduled me a car service to LAX – with a pickup time of 5:45am THAT SAME DAY! They showed up right on-time, the price was more than reasonable and the car was in excellent shape! (new/clean) Pros + Available at all hours for last minute pick-ups! AND pre-pay over the phone with credit card makes it SO EASY!
