Where is the Best Taxi/Limo in Denver, Colorado?
Othmane and his incredible team did a spectacular job with my 100+ attendee group. The arrival and departure transfers were flawless. American Eagle Limousine went above and beyond with executing our group movement from the hotel to an off site venue and back. I was overseeing the meeting’s transportation remotely and Othmane kept me informed of the group’s progress at all times. From start to finish our group received A+++ service. I called Yellow Cab the night before to arrange a ride for the next day. I specifically asked them if they could pick me up by a certain time, and they told me they could. Come to find out, I waited for 40 minutes in the cold before they arrived. At 15 minutes past the pickup time, I called and was told that they cannot guarantee their drivers will be there on time, but that my driver would arrive in 5 minutes. At 30 minutes after the arranged pick up time, they told me the driver was 5 minutes away… again. Only after I canceled and got a “Sorry, ma’am,” did the driver get there 10 minutes after I hung up with them. Public transportation proved to be more reliable in my case, even if I was late to my appointment.I don’t know who wrote the previous review, probably someone working for this company, but this cab company isn’t all that great. If you need to be somewhere by a specific time, it doesn’t matter how in advance you plan, THEY DON’T GUARANTEE A DARN THING! My advice
