I reserved Hollywood Coach Limousine for April 28, 2007, my wedding day, about five or six months ago. A month and a half before the wedding, I thought I would go ahead and make a payment to them (since I had signed a contract when I booked them). When I called their office number that was given to me by the receptionist and their 800 number, both were out of service. I had an email address, so I then sent an email asking if they were out of business. I got no response. Not even a returned email address.After waiting for four days, I decided to call one more time before looking for another service (because I had signed a contract). Surprisingly, the office phone was working so I left a message letting them know that I was trying to get in touch with them and to contact me as soon as possible. A week later and still no response.
