Mr. Daniel was a pleasure to work with. He showed up right on time with a splendid vehicle. His attention to detain and total professionalize put me at ease. After all, I was sending my teenage daughter off for her first prom. He gave me several cards to give to the other parents so they could be in touch through out the evening if needed. If only I could feel this comfortable every time she leaves the house with someone else driving. Operator told me that the cab would be here in 5-10 mins….one hour later, after missing my flight, he shows up. Not even a courtesy call to say there was a delay. I live in the city and have been picked up with them before (all good) but they pissed me off so much that they lost a customer.Pros + Clean CabCons – Hold Time, Late Pick-up
I very rarely write a review for any company. How ever, I felt compelled to pass this info. on. Greene Limo company is superior to anyother Limo company I have used. Their staff treats me with “kid gloves” I NEVER worry wiether they will be on time. The Limos are always clean and pristien. Many times I have requested different amenities when traveling with the kids. “No, problem, our pleasure” is always the response. My best compliment would be that I trust this company with the care and safe transport of my Mother and that’s saying alot !!!!!!!!Pros + Worry freeCons – None
