Where is the Best Tattoo/Piercing in Minneapolis, Minnesota?

I have been a customer of St. Sabrina’s for several years now. I’ve had a couple of piercings done there, but most of my experience has been with tattoos. I have had work done by Jeremy, Bleach and Mike and I have been very happy with all my tattoos, whether they have been small and simple or larger and more-involved pieces. In reading some other reviews, I’m surprised to hear of complaints about the customer service. Any time I’ve gone in (and it’s been quite a few), whoever has been working the counter has helped me very quickly and has always been very friendly when doing it.There was one time I had to wait longer than I really would have liked, but I didn’t have an appointment and there were others already ahead of me. Overall I like going to St. Sabrina’s and I will keep going back.Pros + Quality of work, friendliness, knowledgeCons – Sometimes the wait

I STARTED WORKING HERE IN APRIL OF 2009. MY NAME IS TRAVIS. SOME OF THE REVIEWS I’ve READ ARE TRUE TO MY KNOWLEDGE AND SOME ARE BOGUS! I AGREE WITH THE COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE SHOP AND BROUGHT IT TI THE OWNER. IN THE LAST 2 MONTHS, THE SHOP HAS MADE HUGE IMPROVEMENT. ITS A DIFFERNT SHOP ALL TOGETHER! ITS NOT DARK AND FULL OF SMOKE LIKE SOMEONE HAS STATED AND FUTHERMORE IS CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL. THE ONLY THING THAT IS THE SAME IS THE OWNER. NEW ARTIST THAT TAKE TIME TO ADRESS THE NEEDS OF CLIENTS AND PROVIDE SERVICE THAT EVERYONE DESERVES. ME, I LIKE BEING THE UNDERDOG. IT GIVES ME THE DRIVE TO EXCEL TO MY FULL POTENTIAL. I INVITE ANYONE TO STOP BY AND SEE THE CHANGES. WE ARE BY FAR THE TATTOO SHOP WITH MOST HEART AND DRIVE AROUND. WE WILL SATISFY YOUR NEEDS AND EXPECTATIONS. THAT WHY WE ARE “THE TWIN CITIES FINEST”

My first experience at Fluid Ink was with Sara. I was looking for my first-ever tattoo, and very excited. As tattoos are permanent I was sure to check around first. I went to a number of different shops (Xoel at Grand Tattoo, St. Sabrina’s, Steady, etc) before I chose an artist. In the end, I liked Sara’s sketch best, but I did not like Sara. I looked around some more to see if I could find someone that I liked both as an artist and as a person. I didn’t have much luck, so I went back to Sarah. For a while my tattoo looked great. The details were phenominal and I was incredibly pleased. I went back to get it colored. I asked for a wash, but what I ended up with was a full color (Sara was very stubborn). Soon the details began to fade, no matter how careful I was in the sun, etc.I soon found myself wanting another tattoo, and migrated back to Fluid Ink. I found that I really liked the rest of the staff, so I’d give them another try. As it turns out, Sara no longer works there. The o

For an anniversary, I decided to get my first tattoo. Based on a huge recommendation of a friend, my husband and I decided to go to Serious Ink. They are wonderful! We had Bob, and he was very nice and also quite humorous. He had a lot of jokes and stories to tell, putting us immediately at ease. We thought we would have to come back to get my tattoo done since the shop was closing, but Bob stayed an extra 2 hours to do mine. The price was very reasonable, the ambience of the shop is very relaxing and laid-back, and the tattoos themselves were gorgeous (mine are so full of color I still cannot believe they came from a tattoo pen!). Although I said I would never get more than one tattoo, I am strongly contemplating it. I will definately go back to Bob, although I have heard Tony is awesome too. A++++++++++++++Pros + Great artists, awesome prices, wonderful atmosphere, lots of funny signs all around to make you laughCons – None at all

While browsing the web, I came across a beautiful photo of a tattoo. The artist was David Dettloff who is the owner of the Ink Lab. I loved his work so much that i traveled from Pittsburgh PA to Minneapolis to have him do a cover up for me on my ankle. The outcome was and is perfection. I have wanted to have more work done but because David is the only person i will have work on me, I have been unable todo so because of geography.I thought the shop was fantastic at distracting me from the pain of the tattoo due to all the interesting things to look at and the staff was warm and friendly. I will go back again only this time I wont go in the winter and get stuck in a snowstorm again 🙂 Pros + Amazing artistryCons – none
