Where is the Best Tattoo in Portland, Oregon?
The Pearl District Tattoo was a great place for me to get my first tattoo. I had contemplated getting a tattoo for ten years, I always knew what I wanted but after visiting many tattoo shops and meeting various artists, I never felt comfortable enough with any of them to go through with it. When I first visited the Pearl District Tattoo, I was instantly greeted by a friendly receptionist who made sure I had all the information I needed to get started on the tattooing process. The parlor space was exceptionally clean and modern looking, not like some of the dive places that look like you might catch something by just sitting down. I was impressed by the simple but elegant style and decor of the parlor itself and the upscale location in the Pearl District. When I was done filling out paperwork, I was introduced to my artist. I looked over previous work he had done, and we spoke about what I had in mind and where to put it. He gave off such a spectaculor vibe, I was completely in awe
