I actually heard about Adorn first when I saw someone in the grocery store with a beautifully done hibiscus? on her shoulder. I asked her where she got her work done, and she raved about Adorn. I’ve been wanting to get some ink done for a while, and did my research and chose Adorn for my first tattoo. I went in on Tuesday afternoon, and brought my idea/drawing from my favorite children’s book with me. I talked with Justin? I think about it, and he was able to schedule me in for an appointment with Jesse on Wednesday afternoon.Jesse took my drawing and script idea and made it a bit larger than the original, but it fits perfectly in the space I wanted it to occupy on my left forearm. He put me at ease pretty much right away, and I had a very minor pain freak-out right before the needle touched my skin because this WAS my first tattoo, and I had built it up to be this awfully painful thing. Then he started the outline on the script. I looked at him with incredulity and said, “That’s it?

Before getting my tattoo work, I shopped around the Vancouver and Portland area. Based on cleanliness, friendliness, the work of the artists in their portfolios, and my consult with Rich, I chose Infinity. I now have more than 40 hours in tattoo time at this establishment — Rich has done a large rib piece, a day of the dead skull, and now we are finishing a full sleeve. Having spent this much time in their shop, I can tell you I have had the opportunity to see each artist work with many customers. I have seen their shop manager and owners interact with customers on the phone and in person. I haven’t seen a more professional staff in any service-oriented establishment. Whether someone is coming in for a stamp-sized minimum cost tattoo, or a full back piece, every customer is treated with the same value and respect. They are courteous, kind, accommodating, and most of all, they are fantastic artists. I love to see them look at each others’ work, get feedback, advice, and prais

With only a vague glimmer of a description of what I wanted, Tanya created artwork for the tattoo that was far better than anything I could have envisioned myself. Her skill in giving me the tattoo was such that I experienced a lot less discomfort than I did with my one other tattoo. The one she gave me is quite a bit larger, with significantly more shading. I feel that that alone says a lot. When I recieved my first tattoo a couple of years ago, I thought the line work was really good. Tanya’s work though, really put the other guy to shame. Her hand is sure and steady. Her lines are super clean. Where they should be straight-they are STRAIGHT, where they are supposed to curve, they curve evenly and cleanly. Really apreciated the privacy of her studio as opposed to a ‘walk -in’ situation. I HIGHLY value my privacy and she fully takes that into consideration in all aspects of her work. Wouldn’t go anywhere else in the future, but schedule quick! She books up WAY in advanc

So, I’m on tour with my band when I decided I wanted to get a tattoo of a compass. It was a in the moment decision, so I had to find a shop that would take me as a walk in + be able to do professional quality work.
So as I’m driving along, after being directed to a couple of shops that weren’t available, I saw Lady Luck. It was in an awesome looking building and next to a music shop so there was obviously no way I could pass it up. I walked in and reviewed some of their previous work & talked with Brynn. She told me that there was and opening @ 7:30!#*&$8047087112!!! My band had to play later that night @ 9:30, so it turned out for perfect timing. I left, went to kinkos and came back with a basic outlined design of what I wanted. Brynn drew it up quickly and we began the tattoo. After only 35 minutes, I found myself walking out of there with a perfect & professional tattoo of what I wanted.Brynn did a really great job. She was also very friendly and awesome. I’m probably g
