Spa Gregories is a great little get away that I’ve been going to for years. The therapists are one of a kind and the desk staff is great. They always try to accommodate me in any way they can, which is why I keep coming back. It’s not a very big spa but that is what I love about it. It’s like my own private get away where I can retreat to after a hard day’s work. Also, they do so much for my community and have a staff that is trained in Oncology services, which is hard to find in a day spa! I recommend it to all my friends and co-workers. This is truely the best spa in Orange County. The owner, staff, services and products are awesome! Nice and clean office and great location. Plenty of parking. I have been going to Cloud Mover Day Spa for a while now. I will never fo any where else. The best relaxing massage you could ask for. The facials are absolutly wonderful too. I look and feel so much better after I go for an appointment. I feel like a new person. I reccommend ONLY this spa to people I know. I have tried many other spas but Cloud Mover is the only one that gives you VIP service. Other spas are rude and unproffestional. I have always believed in great customer service so I shop around until I find one that I absolutely love. Cloud Mover also has gift certificates which I purchase for friends birthdays. Before last Monday I hadn’t had a haircut in almost 8 years. My hair was all the way down my back, very very thick and very very curly. I was super attached to it, but I knew it was time to get rid of all the dead weight and make it look less like some kind of frizzy, pyramid-shaped cape. I had Cher hair. Vintage, giant, out of control curly Cher hair. So I spoke to Shannon, the receptionist, prior to going in. I made it clear that I had very difficult hair to work with, and I said about ten times that I needed someone who really knew what to do with curly hair. I was insistent, and full of fear, and I’m pretty sure I sounded completely neurotic. She patiently listened to my rambling plea for someone who could take on the challenge of my wild hair & booked me with Bonnie. I said thank you, hung up the phone, and proceeded to drive myself crazy for the next week thinking about all the horrific things that could happen to my hair. I was petrified walking into the salon. Although all the masseuses I have experienced in Rancho Santa Margarita were all outstanding with great attitudes and talent aiding me in the ultimate pampering and relaxation, Angel, Patricia and Jackie are some of my favorites. Liz for a facial is an experience every woman should gift her self or her teenage daughter as she is excellent working with teens with any acne or perfect skin. Angel remembered i like a larger robe and upon my arrival now has one waiting for me in the locker room hanging up. Everyone at the front desk has been courteous and helpful. I have been getting my hair done for 3 years now and the only person that I trust is Traci Hanson. Whatever my mood may be she accomodates my style and makes sure I leave completely satisfied with the end result. She never tries to sell me something in order to boost her product sales, but rather truly listens to my concerns. I have been every color and cut but somehow Traci out does herself every time!!The salon itself is relaxing and inviting with the helpful and friendly staff. I enjoy just chatting with other hairdressers as well as Traci. I have a very busy schedule and Traci is always willing to work around my time frame. The one day I look forward to during the month is my hair appointment day!! Trust me, you will end up leaving with some great friends and a great cut :)Pros + Memorable experience and amazing hair!Cons – Can’t think of any!
