Where is the Best Sushi in Dallas, Texas?

I would give 5 stars if service were anywhere near satisfactory. Our waitress was not seen for 20 minutes after our drinks & order was taken. She forgot about our sushi appitizer. She did not bring our entree and never filled up our water or wine glasses. We had to track another waitress down and ask for her. However, the scallop sushi roll was so amazing. Most scallop rolls are covered in mayo and no scallops, its digusting. This was the perfect combo of both and had a thin layer of sauce. I had the seabass pot and it was great while my bf had the duck. It was good but pretty dry and too salty. Then we went to bar in other room after dinner & did not get served for 15 minutes…we started to get up and leave and finally they served us! Now we were in no rush at all…but come on, atleast fill up our water and ask how to meal went! I’m sure we will be back despite our “not up to par” first time experiance.

The food at Sushi Zushi is fresh and most of it is pretty delicious. The menu is very extensive so you can definitely find something you will like, and there are several cooked rolls on the menu, so it is a good place to go if you are bringing someone who doesn’t normally like sushi. The service isn’t the best, especially with groups. Most of the time that I go to Sushi Zushi I end up having to remind a waiter about something that I ordered that they forgot, but then it is corrected quickly. One word of caution: pay attention to the symbols on the menu that tell you if a specific dish is spicy, because they are not kidding. I have brought several friends to Sushi Zushi who love spicy food and they have been unable to eat rolls with the spicy symbol next to the name because of how hot they are.Pros + variety of options, sushi quality, unique menu, atmosphere, parkingCons – service (at times),

I went there for Valentine’s Day last night. I was greeted with a rose at the front door, which was a nice touch to the start of my experience there. The food was awesome, the fish was fresh and my date enjoyed his beef teriyaki. My favorite was the sashimi special, which had three slices each of four different sashimi’s, a citrus sauce, and some jalapenos to add some kick. Although it was a busy night, the waitstaff was friendly and made sure that I was attended to. I enjoyed the music and the variety of cocktails and sake that they offer. Overall it was a great experience and I enjoyed the atmosphere and would recommend it to anyone. Pros + Friendly wait staff, fresh fish, musicCons – busy (understandable since it was valentine’s day though)

I love this place! The staff is friendly, they’re affordable (for sushi), and everything they Roll is tasty. Their variety of overstuffed maki rolls (my weakness!) keeps me coming back — Blake Roll is probably my favorite, closely followed by Lauren Roll. I also recommend their Rolls with fruit in them,
