Where is the Best Sushi in Charlotte, North Carolina?
Finally there is a sushi restaurant in the South Park area. No more driving the distance to obtain mediocre sushi. Since Yama has opened I have been there several times and every single time I have been warmly welcomed and have always received wonderful service whether I sat at the bar or dined at a table. I have tried their sushi and am pleased to say that the sushi here is FRESH and beautifully presented on these beautiful boats. I absolutely love their firecracker rolls and you can never go wrong with the spider roll. I also tried a roll that was completely different from anything I have ever tried at a sushi restaurant, the Filet Lovers Roll, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Their sashimi, some of the freshest i’ve had here in Charlotte. When I wasn’t in the mood fro sushi I tried their hibachi chicken and was pleased to find that the chicken wasn’t dry! No flying cookware and no leaving smelling as though I was the one cooking instead of dining. In addition to the great food
