Where is the Best Steak in Tucson, Arizona?
A. There’s a possibility the table that was sat before you didn’t need a table where a baby carrier was necessary, or just that a table that would accommodate you wasn’t ready first. B. High chairs at restaurants are all different. If you flip a high chair that isn’t level on the back, and there is a warning on said chair to not do exactly that, the restaurant can be sued, not to mention how unsafe that is for your baby. If the carrier is put in a restaurant chair with arms, and pushed up to the table, they are much safer. Know the whole story before you rant on a restaurant worker just doing their job. Obviously this person has never worked in the industry.
My boyfriend and I showed up at this restaurant dressed casually and with no reservation on a Sunday evening. Although we felt a bit underdressed compared with most of the clientele in the restaurant, we were seated in the main dining area at a huge booth. Our waiter was very gracious and assisted us with the wine list and menu. As our main wine selection was not available, he suggested another wine at $18/glass. We decided to try it, and unfortunately, although the bouquet was wonderful, the taste was not even close to what I would consider an $18/glass wine to taste like. I was very disappointed. Live and learn.I ordered the New York Strip Steak, and it was far too large. In fact, my boyfriend and I could have shared the steak and taken some home for the dogs as well. I don’t understand restaurants who provide such oversized portions. The McMahons potatoes were fabulous, and our shrimp appetizer was delicious. I’d wished I’d gotten two appetizers for dinner rather than th
As a family of unrepentent carnivores, Silver Saddle was a huge surprise- wonderful food- steaks, prime rib with very nice service. Place is jammed on the weekends, so reservations are necessary and the location and parking leave lots to be desired. -but who cares when the food is good. My sons and husband are steak lovers and I like prime rib. That open pit grill is great. I like my meat medium rare and it has -in our last 6 visits- always been done that way. sons and hubbt like well done-which cane be tough if not cooked properly- and I have never once heard a negative- the only sounds were like cows in a feed trough!Gripe? Chese on the potato- not good so they need to fix it. Other than that, good, prompt service and good food.Pros + service and foodCons – location and parking
I think Daisy Mae’s has awesome food and service. I love the hot apple pie. As far as the previous review I take my kids there all the time and have never had any issues. We even go in large groups they have always been great and we weren’t in the corner we right by the window in front of the grill. I highly recommend trying the food there it is AWESOME! Take it from someone who knows steaks….
