Steak was cooked to order and very good. Drinks were good – service was very good. Baked potatoe was old, spinach was frozen, creme bruli was too runny, Fleming potatoe was overcooked . Will be awhile before I try Fleming’s again.

We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the hotel is gorgeous. We found the service to be average. We feel that for a restuarant of this caliber the service should have been more attentive. We had to wait for our order to be taken, dirty dishes to be removed, etc. The waiters seemed to be spread thin this evening. We both had the filets, which we found were too salty to our taste (I’m assuming from the special dry rub that they use), so it was hard to enjoy them due to the extreme salty flavor. The appetizers (we tried the cheese tray selections and did enjoy them), the side dishes and the dessert were very good. We have dined at quite of few upscale restaurants, but I guess we have been spoiled – we may try this restaurant again and hope that we just went on an “off” evening.Pros + atmosphere, good variety of food, generous portionsCons – average service, too salty steaks

These guys burned me good on a busy Saturday night. They gave me a pager that did not work, so the hour wait on a busy night didn?t surprise me, but when I went to check on the time they lied and said I was paged over their intercom. So they hurried up and sat us down at a dirty table. The rest of the meal was fine. I called there corporate office and they sent me a twenty dollar gift certificate, but I didn?t use it at that Outback. Always make them test the pager. I know other steak houses have this policyPros + Great Steaks for the priceCons – Crowded and Loud on the weekends

My boyfriend and I are locals in the Orlando area with Disney annual passes, so we visit the parks (and the Disney restaurants) quite often. After a day in EPCOT, we walked across the bridge to the Yacht Club Resort to have dinner at the Yachtsman. We were a little early and had requested a window seat, so there was some wait. There is a lounge with a bar and TVs though, so the wait was bearable. We had great seats as we had requested (for those of you who are people watchers). The server was well trained and very knowledgable about the menu. I had the Filet Mignon which was tender and cooked exactly as I had asked. My boyfriend had the Porterhouse with similar comments. Side of mushrooms was good to share. Went for a walk along the beach after dinner. Overall great experience with no complaints. This is one of our favorites, a must for Disney visitors looking for a great dinner!Pros + Abience, Service, Food Quality, Location!
