Where is the Best Steak in Orange County, California?
I found this place thru citysearch and been there couple of times and highly recommend to others. Food is decent and great ambience. It seems more like a bar cause they got a huge bar in the middle of the restaurant but i guess it’s good for people watching and hang out. I highly recommend this place except for one waitress named Shawna, she doesn’t smile and not so friendly. Other than that, it’s all good.
The Location in Irvine NEVER disappoints. Ruth Chris’ Steakhouse is well known for havingnothing less than superior steaks. So rather than stating the obvious, let me tell you about thisestablishment. Each time I call to make reservations (whether 2pple or 10pple), I have never hadan issue with securing a reasonable request. We ask for a specific server (Karen), and have alwaysbeen accommidated. While making my reservations, their computer system indictated ourserver preference. In addition, the hostess made small talk about facts (our server obviously notedon our computer information). This is noting earth shattering, but because I am a relatively simple man,it is a pleasure to be singled out as an “individual” in Orange County. ** The Experience: We arrive and are greeted with a warm welcome. Seating is done promptly, but if thereis a wait, the casual bar is a nice place for a “starter-drink.” Once seated, the staff is extremely attentive, but not overbearing. A nice select
must say… I was very reluctant to have dinner here last night.I’ve driven by on the weekends and seen hundreds of people lined up to go inside, and never thought it to be the kind of place that would serve a five star meal.some friends who live in corona del mar asked my wife and I to meet them for dinner at their favorite local restaurant. we arrived at 7:00, and since it was so nice out, decided to sit on the patio.not sure which wine to get, the waitress took it upon herself to bring from the bar a couple of samples of different styles for us to try. after deciding on a bottle and a couple of apps (steak nachos- to die for and calamari- equally as good), we enjoyed the last of the sun while a pianist played in the lounge.while enjoying the wine and apps, the gm came over and said hi to our friends and introduced himself to us. really nice guy- he told us all about the changes they recently made in the inside and outside of the building; place looked great.a little bit later,
