Where is the Best Steak in Milwaukee, Wisconsin?
My wife and I are preferred members at Bartolottas for one reason: their food and service are consistently good. We went to Mr. Bs on 12/17/02. We ate in the bar area because a table was not available until 8, which weve done before. There were a couple large parties waiting in the bar so service was a little sluggish at first but a total of 7 different servers attended our table during our meal. The crab cakes have to be made with real crab, very good. The filet and ribeye were excellent with the rosemary potatoes very flavorful. The wine at all three restaurants is nothing to write home about, had better. And I am NOT going to mention the price because good food comes at a cost.so stop complaining about the price!!! God I hate that. Go to Ponderosa if you want a cheap steak.Pros + good martinis, great steaks, serviceCons – wine list
When you walk in, it feels and looks like Frank Sinatra or Dean Martin would of loved this place. The bartenders greet you…you sit at the bar, order your food and then you are seated at your table. The staff is wonderful. I had the ladies cut filet and my husband had the bone in ribeye w/ peppercorn on the top. I truly enjoyed my steak ,but both of us agree that the ribeye was the best we’ve ever had. We cannot wait to come back!Pros + Best Steaks!Cons – NONE
We were greeted at the door by a friendly gentleman, who we were informed later was the owner. This made us most welcome. Our table was ready in a very short amount of time…Our waitress was pleasant and very attentive. Our party of six had excellent food varying from baked fish, ribs and filets. We continued to feel welcome and in no way felt “rushed”. Great dinner!Pros + Value, Ambiance, Friendly
