EXCELLENT food! The Waiter………now he was VERY impersonal almost uncomfortable. Loved the dessert too! Would I go back? Hmmmmmmmmmm! For $425 I expected a little more hospitality.Pros + Great ParkingCons – Poor Service-No personality

We had a multi-course pre fixe for a bachelors party. My favorites were the hanger steak and banana gelato. You MUST try the banana gelato!…

I almost didn’t go to Boa based on two of the reviews I read. But we decided we wanted to try it so we went. The atmosphere was nice, as were the staff. The Captain (like an advanced waiter) was very knowledgeable about every dish on the menu, and the waiter never let our drinks get empty. This is one of those restaurants where you can spend a decent amount of money, or A LOT of money. All depends on what you drink. I went there with my fiance, I got the NY Strip, she got the chicken breast. We started with a salad which we split because it was big enough, and ordered a side of mashed potatoes which we also split. We drank soft drinks instead of alcohol, and were completely full by the end of the meal. Our bill was $95, which was right around what I’d expected. The food was excellent, perfectly cooked, and very well portioned. I would go again.Pros + Excellent food, knowledgeable staff, prompt service.Cons – Expensive drinks, most bar drinks were $14.

my boyfriend and i went there for valentines day…i heard so much hype about the restaurant but to tell u the truth…i would never go there again…i ordered the filet (the girl said the “petit” should make me full”…to my surprise…it was less than the size of my fist!!! it was around $30 for that little thing….i wish she told me that for a few dollars more, i could have gotten double the oz……the potatoes au gratin didnt have any flavor…its just some semi mashed potatoes slapped with melted cheese…my boyfriend ordered the pork chopped that had too much of an apple-y taste….their baked potato is pretty good..but then again..i can go to another restaurant for a baked potato like that, but half the pricePros + flavorful steakCons – pricey, small portions for the price you pay

i had read reviews on line & saw that this restaurant had high marks & wanted to try it out. my companion was hesitant since the restaurant IS located inside texas station casino & that didnt seem like a likely place for an upscale restaurant or a fine dining experience. it didnt start off great. we got there at 745pm & the hostess had just gone inside to show someone a table. she never came back. we waited at the entrance like idiots for 5 minutes & that s a long time to just stand around in front of an empty podium with no promise of anyone helping us. finally, a waitress came over to seat us. but our waiter didnt come by for another 5 minutes, so we were sitting there without menus that whole time. we were, as you can guess, a little irritated at this time. my companion even wanted to up & go to the treasure island steakhouse instead. our waiter finally came over & after this little hiccup in the beginning, everything was EXCELLENT. we had 2 waiters waiting on us, another bringing u
