Where is the Best Sports Bar in Detroit, Michigan?
A great place to reminisce of days gone by. There’s cool stuff to look at all over the walls, like autographed photo’s and detroit newspapers and sports paraphenalia. We met some cool people just hanging out on a mid-day afternoon catching up with work mates and friends before heading home or starting out to work, in kind. It’s definately a place I’d go back to enjoy a pint of beer. The taco salad was huge and yummy..Pros + the bar
I love the Library Pub and have for several years….However, when I attempted to call to ask if they were hiring servers “Renee” who answered the phone, responded this way! “Um, we’re right in the middle of lunch…this isn’t the best time to be calling to see if we are hiring or not!” She used an extremely rude tone and was just silent after that. In my shock, I sat there with no responce and she hung up, as did I. Now, unfortunately my love and confidence of the Library Pub has been substantially darkened! I would highly suggest that they attempt to review their employees aswering the phones to help retain the great image of the Library Pub!
Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and always a wild crowd. There are definately fancier places in Detroit, but none can meet the atmosphere of the Post Bar. One good story was a took a buddy from Mexico there, and when we walked in he was scared. He was in downtown Detroit and in a bar that is covered in graffiti from the patrons. With the music, staff, and atmosphere he had a great time. The staff made him have a great time. Pros + friendly crowd
My husband and I usually love BW3 wings. Every time we eat at the Mount Clemens restaurant, the wings taste like they have been cooked many times before they get to us. They are hard and chewy. (boneless and regular) Very disappointing! We have never had a problem at any other location. Don’t waste your time. Find an alternate BW3. There are plenty of them!Cons – Wings are dry, overcooked
