This is definitely the best bike shop in Austin. while they are a smaller shop, and thus carry only a few brands of bicycles, they are more than willing to spend hours helping to pick out the right bike for you. The friendly atmosphere is priceless and they never pressure you into anything. The best part is that they are both racers and so they know sooooo much about bikes, unlike many other stores that just hire people and then have them “learn on the job” about bikes. These guys knew it all going into it! They are the nicest bike owners you’ll find anywhere in Austin and they know their stuff! Plus, the great counter setup allows you to hang out and watch while they are servicing your bike.
