Where is the Best Special Occasion Dining in Tucson, Arizona?
This is a great place to check out. It’s a local place with a grungy feel (in a good way!) and has great beer. Some of the reviews have gone a little overboard on the ratings (I didn’t see pizza on the menu, but apparently it’s rated as one of the best in Tucson?? and romantic?? Hardly.) The good news is- this is a really fun place to check out. It’s nestled (that means it’s very hard to find- especially in the dark!) among warehouses. If it’s your first time at Nimbus, be prepared to order beers and food from a line at the bar. A server brings your food to your numbered table. (That was a bit confusing since no one told us that.) Great location Nice atmosphere Not too big Pleasant rooms and facilities in a great location Great video selection Best mini bar! ……….. But I am being generous stating that staff attitude is moderate (i.e. reception/concierge not room service). They seem to care more about ‘celebrities’ than mere mortals which is plain dumb. We are all paying the same aren’t we?…
