Where is the Best Spa in Nashville, Tennessee?
Went to Blue River Canyon a few weeks ago to treat myself after a promotion. I have been to MANY high end day spas in the US due to job travel- This was in my top 2 favorite spa experiences. The prices are a bit higher than other area spas- but the added $5- 10 is worth the extra effort that the professionals put into their work- you can tell that they really care about making sure the client has an unforgettable experience. I received a wonderful facial from Kathy Spears who had a very relaxing touch and my skin looked 5 years younger afterward! Very knowledgeable!After my facial, I was ready for my massage! The heated table and relaxing music are instantly calming- Kelly Croft was my Massage therapist and she had the perfect combination of firm/ deep pressure in the areas that needed it and a deeply calming flow. I took my elderly mother to Bodyworks Emporium for a partial day spa package a few months ago. She’d never been to a spa before (I’ve been to a ton) but she was extremely nervous. From the moment we walked in the door she started to immediately relax. The lady at the front that greeted us was so caring and kind and we were just getting started. The therapists that took care of us genuinely cared about how we felt throughout our treatments and afterwards. It didn’t just feel like we were being pampered, my mother and I both agreed, it felt like we’d been given true physical therapy is every sense of the word! We enjoyed lunch by candlelight in the “mind spa” in between our services and it was great. We plan to go back every year for a mom and daughter day, but my mother has been going back every 3 weeks for massage and reflexology and has seen her blood pressure drop and she has more energy than I’ve seen in years! I had a good experience. This was my 1st pedicure in Nashville since I moved here. The person who provided my service left me a message days later to tell me about a deal she found related to something we discussed during the pedicure.
