Where is the Best Spa in Milwaukee, Wisconsin?
A friend referred the O Salon & Spa and I’m glad she did. The atmosphere is great, the service is great, I didn’t even have to sit down they were ready for me right away (granted I went in the middle of the day when most of everyone was at lunch), they used great products and listened to what I wanted. Like the reviewer above, I had McKenzie who is really sweet and professional, and there was no pressure to buy products, unlike some salons who seem like salespeople more than hair stylists. Though to be honest I wish they mentioned something because I did want to buy some products and totally forgot to by the end of my visit, but that’s my own fault I guess.Pros + Everything, though I didn’t use any of their spa services, so I can’t rate on that.Cons – Nothing.
Wow, can’t agree more about the front desk. It is like going to a trendy clothing shop where the sales people depend on the discount and act as if you are bothering them? ? ? I went for a facial, I thought the price was great and the treament, although facials are fleeting, was great. So I booked another, only to sit and sit and sit in the waiting area. People oftened popped in and out, but not for me, finally I went back to the front desk and was told the facialist was with somebody else because I was late!! I wasn’t late. I couldn’t believe that they didn’t offer an apology worse the only offered to reschedule me for another day. I had reserved all of my wedding appointments at Signature for the day before my wedding and the day of. I had a party of 10 with me and we had the best experience! The staff was attentive as well as very talented. All of my bridesmaids felt relaxed and revitalized on Friday when we had manicures and pedicures before the rehearsal and then on Saturday morning we were back in for hair and makeup. I have to say….my entire wedding party looked stunning! Everything ran so smooth and I had a carefree morning that turned into a perfect day. Thank you for adding to my magical weekend, my experience was one to remember. My entire family has used Angons for YEARS. On the plus side, most stylists are highly competent (they are not really designers, rely too heavily on the most popular styles, don’t seem to have great advice for best style for face shape or hair texture, but the cuts are consistent, precise and hold their shape…color is really quite wonderful so far…no perms in our lot) but stylists price up the scale very quickly and without warning. $140+ for a trim and color is EXCESSIVE in Wisconsin! (Too much for my budget to withstand every 6 weeks.) Since they opened the Pewaukee location they require every stylist to work both locations, so popular stylists may be very difficult to book at your desired location. There is a bit of attitude from some stylists and front desk people, but I’ve never had anyone be outright rude and I’ve been there dozens of times and I’m completely disloyal to any stylist (I haven’t found one that I feel the need to be loyal to…in the past I’ve always worke
