Where is the Best Spa in Baltimore, Maryland?
I took the day off from work for a series of appointments that would total to about three hundred dollars in services and gratuities.When I arrived, no one greeted me. They instead stared at me while taking appointments on the phone from other clientele. After about five minutes, one of the two people minding the phones asked for my name and which services I was there to receive. I was asked three or four times to spell my last name which is five letters long and very average American in sound. When at last I got tired of watching the receptionists back, I went and sat down on the couch nearby.Another thirty minutes passed and I went to the desk and listened to another woman I think it was the owner of the spa – talk on the phone to a technician who didnt come into work. It took her five minutes to finally address the customer sitting in front of her.She asked me several more times to spell my name and asked me again which services I was there for. She eventually asked me
I just love going here. Everyone who works here is just wonderful. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. When you call to make an appointment they always ask when you want to come in, not when they want you to come in. I have been going here for over a year for legs and bikini waxing and also to have my hair done and I have never been disappointed. I plan to use some of their spa packages soon which are very reasonable priced. Once you go here, you will never want to go any place else.
Yes, I agree the staff is rude and not too bright(especially front/check out) They are FAR from “high class at this location. Women Beware: It’s my opinion now(after being informed by previous worker) that some of the massage therepist are allowed to” Fake Flirt/Fake Flatter Women” JUST FOR MONEY- HOW CHEAP! Yes, being pampered and treated “Special” is part of their job- BUT NOT FLIRTING FOR TIPS/CLIENTS. The massage was great, there was no need for him to think to keep me, he would have to sell myself short.Being single, I found him smart and attractive and took a chance and gave him my number(because he acted single). —Then, come to find out-he was ENGAGED TO MY STYLIST-SO I HAD TO WORRY SHE KNEW I GAVE HER FINANCE MY PHONE NUMBER-If he hadn’t made INNUENDOES WITH ME-this awkward position would never had happen. I have been going to Teri for about five years now and have never walked out of the salon feeling anything except pleased. Teri styles my entire families hair and I have yet to hear a complaint. My hair is thick and curly but Teri always seems to make it smooth and sleek time after time. When I want to try something different Teri listens to me but also guides me in a direction that will work with my hair type and life style. The color is always amazing but natural. I get so many compliments on my hair and it doesnt seem to matter if I just had it done or if I’m in need of a hair cut and touch-up. Teri not only is the best stylist I have ever had, but she is also a great friend and person to talk with. I love the entire experience when I see Teri and know that the end result will be a fabulous haircut and color every single time.
