First time visit…must say the atmosphere is quite charming. I like how half the place is a bar and casual dining, while the other half is for intimate meals. The service was fab! Very attentive. We…

The people here are fantastic. They were friendly over the phone and in person, and were authentic about it. Noe Valley is lucky to have such a great place in the neighborhood. As an Italian foodie and chef, I can be pretty demanding of nice Italian restaurants. This one definitely makes the cut, though more times than not the food had a little too much salt.. but to each their own and it was not salty to the point of unedible or salty to make up for lack of flavor. In fact, the food was very flavorful (even if you were to omit the salt).Menu changes often, it seems. Wine list is great (maybe too great, if that is possible). Prices for wine seem to be a little high (expect a few bottles in the 30’s and 40’s, most in the 50-80 range)All in all, the food was very tasty. The staff was extemely nice and fun to be around. The atmosphere was underdone which made me feel as though as I was in Italy once again. For that, thank you La Ciccia. 4 out of 5 for too much salt on my visit and fo

This is the one place i always go when in the bay area. You have to go early or be prepared to wait, but it’s worth it. The no frills counter isn’t particularly comfortable, but the staff is always friendly and more than makes up for the slightly cramped environment. Oysters, chowders, old fashioned crab Louies….they’re outstanding. Anchor Steam on…

Just started going to this place. the workers are pretty quirky and you have to fight some crowds on the weekend but there are three things that I think set this place apart. they have the best sable fish i’ve ever had. Sable’s almost never seen in S.F. and this is the best I’ve ever had, moist and buttery!v Second the rye bread is killer, the guy behind the counter said they get it from New York and bake it off in the morning. But…. I dream of those knish! I think they come from New York too. Theyre wonderful, go get ’emPros + Great New York Deli FoodCons – Needs some booths in the dining room so we can hang comfortably

One of my favorite Korean bbq places. It’s pretty barebones decor but authentic. And the service is friendly and no-nonsense. Not once have I eaten there where the owner hasn’t stopped by to see how things are going and to often times give something a little “on the house” extra. Great for small and large groups, the food is great and the most important thing is, you see a lot of Koreans eating there which attests to its authenticity. The employees at Qlubb love to go there for meetings although it’s true, we all smell like bbq afterwards.
