Finding Namaste Massage is the best thing that’s happened to me in weeks! I called because I’m working on this incredibly stressful project and I just needed some down time and stress relief for my aching neck and shoulders. My usual massage therapist was booked and Namaste was able to fit me in (amazing, because I hear that you have to book these busy therapists weeks in advance!). There is great parking behind the building, and the building gives no hint of the oasis awaiting inside. The office is on the second floor and the moment you walk in you know you are somewhere special. The space is beautiful, calm, and welcoming. It is homey – like I wish my home looked like this! And at the same time it’s professional and impeccably clean. Great massage tables, beautiful sheets and quilts on the massage table. The massage therapist who worked on me (I think she is the newer one) asked me questions about how I was feeling and what needed attention, and she followed through on every c

Craig is the best massage therapist I have ever received treatment from. While he cares very much to make the client’s experience as pleasant and comfortable as possible, his singular focus is to use all his available tools and techniques to find and solve problems and help your body feel and function better. My personal experience involved two different problem areas: my ankle, and my back. I badly sprained my ankle, and Craig’s attentive treatment enabled me to get back on the soccer field much more quickly than I would have without it. As for my back, the tighness in my lower back left me in in constant discomfort, and Craig provided a great deal of relief. He took the time to evaluate what was bothering me, was thoughtful about the likely causes and solutions, and was extremely focused on my particular issue as opposed to delivering a more generic massage session. He treated me as an active participant in the process, and I think the positive results (looser joints and musc

Recently my sister and I visited Moodz for the first time for a day at the spa. I was so impressed from the moment we arrived. We received a warm welcome by the receptionist who escorted us past the beautiful salon up to the spa changing room. There we were again greeted by additional spa staff who were extremely professional in explaining the treatments and services we were about to receive. The day went so smoothly, our treatments were soothing and relaxing which is just what we anticpated. We had a lovely spa lunch half way through and finished with the perfect massage and steam shower. I can not say enough about this place. The atmosphere is friendly and professional not to mention super clean. My sister and I both visit spas often and are looking forward to our next visit.

I recently moved to this area from California and needed to find a quality place for massage. I used to see an amazing massage therapist in San Fran where I had treatments weekly for back pain. Upon moving to MA, I was worried that I wouldn’t find the same quality of care here (CA is big on holistic health etc.).. Was I wrong! I was lucky enough to hear about Zen Muscular Therapy from one of my new coworkers, and decided to give them a try. This place is small, but has a very relaxing atmosphere and the staff is very friendly as well as professional. There are a few therapists that work there, and I’ve just seen two at this point, but both were excellent and completely understood what was going on with my back. They specialize in pain relief which is what I needed. This was much better than the alternatives I had been looking at, the “chain” massage studios that offered very cheap treatments but the staff were all straight out of school and often had no idea how to do any

After a horrible experience a few years ago with my hair, I was extremely reluctant to get my hair cut and took to trimming it myself. But a friend recommended Moodz, so I decided to check it out. As soon as I stepped inside, i realized that I was going to have a good experience. The atmosphere was fresh, sunny and modern, and the whole place had a sparkling clean vibe to it. I wasn’t positive on what cut I wanted for my hair, but my hairdresser was super nice. She helped me pick out a cut that suited my face shape. Then she shampooed and conditioned my hair into silkiness. During the whole cut, she asked me friendly questions and made me feel relaxed. At the end, she made my hair look spectacular. When i went back to work everybody was complimenting my hair, and saying how amazing it looked. I would recommend Moodz to everybody! However, their Boutique isn’t very good, the person working their was rude to me and the items for sale weren’t that good.Pros + Good and friendly service,
